Quran & Sunnah Guidance on Evil Eye
Reciting Ayatul Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:255) regularly is one of the strongest forms of protection from harm, including nazar.
The Prophet ﷺ regularly recited Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas for protection against the evil eye, jealousy, and unseen harm.
The Prophet ﷺ taught specific duas for protection and for treating those affected by nazar through Ruqyah.
Ruqyah is the Islamic practice of reciting Quranic verses over oneself or another person, seeking healing directly from Allah.
Sudden fatigue, unexplained illness, or restlessness after receiving excessive praise or attention.
Sudden loss, stalled progress, or repeated setbacks without a clear cause.
